Statutory warranty
Every Aurawatch band is covered by the 2-year statutory warranty of conformity provided by European regulations, as well as by the warranty against hidden defects.
What the warranty covers
- A manufacturing defect: display, sensor, vibration motor, or a battery that no longer holds a charge.
- A product that does not work on arrival.
- A product that does not match its description.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear of the silicone strap.
- Damage caused by a drop, an impact, prolonged immersion or the use of an unsuitable charger.
- Scratches and marks from everyday use.
The band is IP65 rated: it withstands sweat, rain and splashes, but it is not designed for showering, swimming or diving.
Making a warranty claim
Email us at aurawatchboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We reply within 48 business hours and, depending on the case, replace or refund the product.
What about the 90-day returns?
Our 90-day return policy is a separate commercial guarantee: it lets you change your mind even if the product works perfectly. The two add up and do not cancel each other out.
