1. Purpose
These general terms of sale govern sales made on aurawatchboutique.store between Aurawatch and any customer acting as a consumer. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not a contractual commitment as to the exact shade or perceived dimensions. Our bands are wellness products and are not medical devices.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finally confirmed. Aurawatch reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
An order is deemed firm once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to you. Aurawatch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Discover, Diners Club) on a secure page. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
6. Shipping
Destinations, timeframes and rates are listed on our Shipping page. The timeframes given are estimates and run from dispatch. A delivery delay cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to damages, except where the law provides otherwise.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Aurawatch goes further and accepts returns for 90 days after delivery, under the conditions set out on the Returns page.
8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The details are on the Warranty page.
9. Liability
Aurawatch cannot be held liable for improper use of the product, nor for a decision taken solely on the basis of the readings displayed by the band. These readings are for general wellness tracking and do not replace medical advice.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to us at aurawatchboutique@gmail.com. Failing that, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
