Where we ship
We ship to the 27 countries of the European Union and to the United States. Our products are dispatched from our supplier in Asia. All timeframes are given in business days and start from the day the parcel is dispatched.
Options and rates
- Economy — Free: 12 to 20 business days
- Standard — €1.99: 10 to 15 business days
- Express — €4.99: 7 to 12 business days
You choose your shipping option at checkout. Economy shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing
Your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. It can take 24 to 48 hours before that number becomes active with the carrier.
Late or missing parcel
The timeframes above are estimates and may vary during busy periods or while a parcel clears customs. If your parcel has not arrived after the maximum timeframe given, email us at aurawatchboutique@gmail.com with your order number: we will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can correct it as long as the parcel has not been dispatched.
