Currency
All orders are charged in euros (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
End-to-end encrypted payment
Payment is processed on a secure page by our payment provider. Your card details travel encrypted (SSL/TLS) and are never visible to, or stored by, Aurawatch.
PCI DSS compliance
Our store runs on Shopify, certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security level in the card payment industry.
3-D Secure
Depending on your bank, you may be asked for a confirmation code by SMS or through your banking app to validate the payment. This step protects against fraudulent use of your card.
When am I charged?
The amount is taken when the order is confirmed. You immediately receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase.
