90 days to change your mind
You have 90 days from the delivery date to send your band back and request a refund or an exchange.
Conditions
- The product must be complete: band, charging cable and original packaging.
- It may have been tried on, but must not be damaged or show abnormal wear.
How to return an item
- Email us at aurawatchboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the parcel back with a tracking number: it is the only way to prove the return was received.
Refund
Once we receive and check the product, your refund is issued within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. The original shipping cost is refunded if you return the whole order.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your expense, except where the product is faulty, arrived damaged or we made a mistake — in those cases we cover it in full.
Faulty product
If your band arrives damaged or does not work, send us a photo or a short video at aurawatchboutique@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a refund, in most cases without asking you to send the item back first.
Right of withdrawal
Separately from this 90-day commercial guarantee, customers in the European Union have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. As our own policy is broader, it is the one that applies by default.
